Thanks to all our Friends, Family and Customers that got us off to such a great start in 2012.
We are so excited about 2013 and we feel that the market is ready to start recovering. Already we are seeing the prices become more stable and even a bit of increase on the prices on the foreclosed properties. There are still some bargains but they are getting harder to find and it helps to have an agent that is familiar with foreclosure sales to help you guide you through the process. Many times we are seeing mutliple offers and bidding wars which is actually a good sign!
Lot sales are still slow but that just means that if you are looking forward to the future there is still time to get a bargain. It is still a buyers market on vacant lots. Prices for acreage have held up better.
We have manged to get several properties under contract and now we just have to concentrate on getting them closed. Our lisitng inventory has grown and we have some very good properties for sale. We are also kicking off our property management department which Larry Masters is going to run for us. We are excited to have him on our team.
For those sellers who have waited patiently to sell their homes hopefully 2013 will be a better year for our realt estate market!
